This week I'm celebrating the release of my latest single, One More Time, so I thought I'd take a break from the usual sort of posts on art and creativity, and dwell a little on where the song came from and what it means to me.

One More Time is a love song I wrote a while ago about appreciating the people in your life and acknowledging their love each day and each moment. It starts out telling a story, a sort of truism, that there’s a time in everyone’s life when things fall into place, when you meet that one special person that lights up your face.

Finding love like this is a privilege, one we shouldn’t take for granted. So through life’s ups and downs, joys and pains, we can all do better to let the people in our lives know that we love them. One more time. And another. And another.

It's no coincidence that the music art features Spring-themed flowers, or that the song has been released on the first weekend in March, which technically marks the beginning of the Spring season. Even though I wrote it a while ago, I chose to release it now because I always thought of it as a wedding song. If you're wondering why this is relevant, I'm getting married this Spring. When I look back at the version of me that wrote the song and compare him to the version of me typing this now and planning a wedding (or to be more accurate, watching my fianceé plan a wedding), I can't help but marvel at how much my life has changed for the better. There’s so much more I can say on this point, and I will in the coming weeks, but for now, I’d like to remind you that the single is out now everywhere you find and listen to music. Please listen, share it with your friends and family, and if you feel so inclined, write to me to let me know what the song means to you.

PS: Just a reminder that my latest record, One More Time is out now, everywhere. You can listen to it on several platforms.
